Is Skype Dual Phone Service Is Reconnect Again

Hello yous say that our RTX phones are now obsolete only I take paid my Skype subscription so is this illegal that Skype has my money and no service.
How could a large organisation like this care for people in such a manner.
When will Skype refund my coin with an apology as to me this payment was for a service that I am not getting.
Is this non against the constabulary to take money knowing this service was going to be withdrawn with NO prior warning of data to customers.
What is happening to our earth.

Yes, I'yard afraid we accept all been duped by our then chosen friends Microsoft regarding the 'Dual phones'! I actually had just bought a replacement when the problems began and now have two that are completely useless!! I am currently managing with my desktop and tablet to phone out but it is simply a temporary measure until I detect an culling to Skype that has a handset phone.
Yous would call back it would be illegal for Microsoft who at present own Skype to still be able to charge you for services such as a LANDLINE NUMBER and VOICE MESSENGER when you tin can't employ the phone anymore.
Microsoft do not care in the least of their gross inconvenience and unfairness of what they have done...........regrettably we will be the losers.
DISGRUNTLED!!

The service has not disappeared, only the support for a device discontinued by the manufacturer, years agone, due to the migration to the incompatible deject. You can still employ the service on whatever supported platforms you own. If that is the only device that you own allowing yous to use the service, y'all tin can contact Skype Customer service and request a refund for services yous can no longer utilise.

The services for the RTX Dualphone have been withdrawn, y'all can simply become the services on your desktop, tablet etc.
You volition note thousands of users have the same trouble!

i have a dual phone 4088 that has worked for years. All of a sudden it cannot connect to Skype. My internet connection is upwardly and not changed and i can log on to Skype via tablet, phone and pc from the same network. So are the phones faulty or does Skype no longer support the 4088 phone?
any help volition be much appreciated.

Its been said contempo Skype issues are related to the motility to the azuere cloud. Information technology seems cruel to arraign the poor service, loss of functionality and broken compatibility on the Microsoft cloud. If the ms cloud actually is that bad maybe they should consider moving to another cloud provider without those problems, or replace the developers who know how to work around those deject limitations?

This is ridiculous. The RTX4088 was/is a bang-up phone.. Why does microsoft ruin everything they touch?
Anyone know a good Skype culling? I've tried Viber for a skype in number, but it doesn't work as well...
Very annoying!
